PCD 3 People Care and Development £18,065 pro rata (approx. £9.36 hourly rate)

Kirkbride Primary is a small community school within reach of both Carlisle and Wigton.  We are extremely proud of our school which has a forward thinking approach with the children at its centre. Our most recent Ofsted Inspection (February 2018) rated us as ‘Good’.

 

The Governors wish to appoint a permanent Midday Supervisor to join our hard-working team.

 

We seek to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to work with our pupils. Our committed and inclusive team believe in providing enjoyable, energetic and memorable activities for all our pupils.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • An ability to design, implement and engage in physical activities with all pupils.
  • Imagination, with an ability to engage and motivate pupils
  • A caring and nurturing disposition; is patient, flexible and supportive to all and who is empathetic and understanding
  • Enjoys working with children and can communicate easily with all primary age-groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which are evident through positive effective team working

First aid training would be desirable but training can be given.
